It's still unsafe regardless of spot numbers and rails. The main reason for the Bundesliga's profitability is the size of their cities and stadiums compared to England. I highly doubt

I am but I also realize its 2011 and there are ways to fix the bad things of the past. Its unlikely I'll ever support it but I'm just saying I'm open to hearing how it can be made safer that's all. If nothing else just to see how far we've come from those two tragedies.

Standing wasn't the reason there was a tragedy. It was because the fans were funneled into one cage and there was a stampede.
