Roughing the passer needs to be adjusted a bit. They should either remove or adjust the hands to the head portion. How many times have you seen a rusher barely graze his fingers across the helmet and the flag come out. This is a huge penalty since it is 15 yards and a automatic first down. They should either make a 5 yard and 15/1st version or make the hands to the helmet more of a commons sense judgment call. I don't think the defenders should be able to club the helmet but they shouldn't get called for finger tips either.
