And I'm not talking about accessing other parts of the state from the parish.. I'm talking about the best parish by what the parish itself offers.

Thats BS, did you see how many deer over 200" came out of La this year? As far as free range deer go the amount of trophy bucks from Tensas, madison, and Avoyelles can compete with almost anywhere in the country. We just dont have the luxury of glassing a 100 acre wood block surrounded by alfalfa with a spotting scope and going set up on them the next evening for the kill.
