How many schools can you be a "booster" for? If a person at one of these recruiting services recommends 100 athletes to 100 different universities is he considered a "booster"?

I could see if a guy was sending every top player to Oregon or LSU that he might be considered a booster. But when players are signing all over the nation, I just don't buy it. The guy may be shady as heck, but that just doesn't seem like he is a "booster" in the traditional sense of the word.
