There were a couple in The Other Guys with Will Ferrel that I noticed. In one part of the movie Ferrel fell off something, I forget what, and they had a semi wide shot with him and Marky Mark laying on the ground with his wooden gun laying about 4 feet away. They cut to a closer shot and the wooden gun is in Ferrel's holster. Then they cut back again and the gun's on the ground.
In another part the right rear door of his car switched from red to white.
