I wouldn't purchase anything until the quad upgrade & SSD if I were you. Go for a SB (i7 2600K) when the mainboard fix comes out in a few months.
I'd also recommend ATi 6950 2GB as it is faster in every benchmark than the 560 Ti and can be had for 239 or 249 after rebate... It can also be unlocked to a 6970 via a bios flash.

Thanks for the advice, the SSD upgrade had been 1st on the list for me until I played the demo for Dragon Age 2 and started longing for Direct X 11. It still sounds like that will be the best bang for the buck.
