hope you guys realize that there are very few locales where oysters are fresh and aubundant enough to buy by the sack and shuck yourself....just one of the things that makes LA so unique....don't take it for granted....

The oysters served in a French restaurant actually look pretty, which is an odd thing to say about oysters Thiers are vastly different in appearance to US oysters.
