Thats what is wrong about the PGM program, they teach you how to run a pro shops, course management, turf management ect. They dont teach you about the swing or how to teach someone. I work at a place where 3 guys have their PGA Class A certifications but not one of them knows about the swing or can teach the swing at all. They are great in the proshop. I just wanna help people get better, i love teaching golf. I am 23 and dont know everything yet but with every lesson i learn more.

The majority know nothing about this, or running a golf course. PGA professionals for the most part now are glorified shirt folders.
