why is it showing that he has 0 points in the standings? since he won the race, shouldn't he have at least 44 pts in the new system? there were also 3 or 4 other racers that were in the race that are showing 0 points earned. confused.

you can only compete for points in one NASCAR circuit this year, and he chose to compete in a different one

In a post race interview, he said he had a points card for the nationwide series, but not one for the Cup series. First I've heard of it. Maybe it's cause he's only signed up for 17 races.
