A lot of the favorites were taken out on lap 29, so yeah, it wasn't the most exciting Daytona ever. Still enjoyable though.
You wanna see boring? Check out Pocona. Worst track in NASCAR IMO. I have trouble staying awake it's so boring.

Amazing win by the 20 year old rookie. And hell, I'm old enough to remember the Wood brothers when they were in their prime.
