not saying work for free. Just every year it is either too cold, too hot, too dry, too wet, something. Making a living is one thing but now days everyone wants that high def TV and fancy 40k truck. High prices has to support the American dream I guess.

Either way, I can't wait till season. I contribute my share every year of buying them, so who am I to complain.

Another reason you will never see prices as low as they were 20 years ago is because they are being distributed farther away from Louisiana. It wasn't long ago you couldn't find a live crawfish in Dallas, Atlanta, etc. and now they are everywhere.
