I was telling someone this week that we buy them boiled now. When we had 300 acres I'd boil some pretty often but hadn't done it in so long I forgot my MO.
Last time I boiled some my in-laws (from Sulphur) loved them but they were terrible. Overcooked and a tad mushy.

Fin we have one like that but it's too slow. It takes us almost twice as long to pass the traps.
