BLOPS question

Can anyone explain to me what perk, reward, or custom class allows a player to walk through a claymore without detonating it.
While suffering through a thorough arse kicking on Crisis this weekend, I decided to ride out the storm on top of the rock with the ladder back on the beach. I set my claymore facing the top of the ladder about 2 steps away, and crouched behind the lip of the rock looking for any wandering prey, but mostly attempting to avoid the carnage or a well thrown grenade.
To my surprise, I get knifed in the back, and don't you know it, it's the Final Kill. My 9 year old was also playing with me, and I blessed him, too. Upon watching the hour long replay of the Final Kill, this dude dressed as a Ghost, climbs the ladder, my claymore is not red, as it would be if he were a Hacker, and calmly walks right through my claymore, stands over me, and inserts knife. Claymore never exploded, and he didn't jump or run through it. No flashbang, nothing.
Since then, I've noticed a few times on replays, that claymores I have set are missing, with no sign of explosion, and only one entrance into the room possible.
I know you guys are all over this and can tell me what's going on. My son screamed glitch, hack, and starting pressing buttons to report the dude, and once I calmed down, I told him there was probably an explanation.

Lightweight and marathon allow them to run so fast through it that you only get a hit marker and don't get a kill.

Flak jacket. Even on HC, you can walk through at least one claymore, survive one grenade or RC Car
Missed this. If he had Ghost on, then I have no idea

If he uses a jammer or anyone on his team had one in your area, it disables claymores.

This.
Also flash grenades

The onlyreason I'd say no flashbang is because he said there was none. A jammer is really the only possibility. Even if he wasn't getting static on his radar, it could have been just the right direction and distance to catch the claymore with blind luck.

might have been counter-UAVd to not see Static on the radar. drop jammer, climb up ladder, get free kill, climb back down

Well, for some of these responses, I'm not sure it would apply because the claymore did not detonate, so flak jacket and lightweight/marathon would still detonate.
It had to be a jammer, but I'm seem to recall that they make a distinctive noise when they are placed, and I don't recall hearing that noise.
But, that probably makes the most sense. Would my claymore still have the same appearance with dual red lights outward at 45*?

With the jammer I think they do and have the occasional flash, like it is shorting out. It could have been he killed you in between the shorting out sparks.

Jammer. Serves you right you camping BISH!

It would effectively be a prolonged flashbang effect. And if the jammer was at just the right distance from you, but still had the claymore on the edge of it's range, you wouldn't have noticed or heard a thing.

Should have looked at his load out afterwards

I think I clearly stated that I called no joy.
There are many places I could have camped on that map, and that's not one I would choose.
I guess I could have pulled out of the match like I see some of these high prestige teams do when their K/D ratio suffers early damage.
I play on my kids accounts. TDM core, hardcore, prestige, and my favorite, pure. I get my arse handed to me by the map running bunny rabbits, hopping all over the place, shooting while running backwards, etc. But, I take pleasure in being the one at the end of the match with as many kills as deaths, and when 3 of my 8 kills are against the guy with the most kills, and he only died 5 times.
I have run into some bad arse teams that actually coordinate and own a map. Had a match this weekend on Summit, where I entered at the halfway point and led our team in kills. They had the main control building on lock down, and impressed the shite out of me like no team I've seen. I don't want to even give details on how they did it, because I don't want to ever run into that again.

The only map that i do anything remotely that could be considered camping is Summit, and only when attempting to hold the main building

I can truthfully say I have never killed anyone from the top of that rock, I was actually only looking over the edge to avoid a thrown grenade.
I camp. Less now than I did with inferior weapons and skills. But, I am beginning to develop some strategy.
