Um. That video isn't a black panther. BTW, it's possible that a panther/mountain lion/catamount/whatever just swam in a muddy swamp and would appear black even in daylight, but not actually be black. Consecutive generations of only black leopards would be statistically impossible, and black jags also. No pics, no carcass? Sounds like a ninja cat to me.
