Can you still fish from the bank in the canal. If so do you still pay at the marina. Have not been since Katrina.

I don't think so. If you haven't been in a while, the canal is now line with nice camps on both sides. Pretty sure it is now private. Had some great trips off the bank back in the day.

Actually I think you can..call the marina not alot of places left though

I can remember fishing in that canal even before they had a marina.......wow how times change.
