The numbers will work out, even if we add Rasco and Jernigan. We can ask certain players to RS, like players with criminal charges, players that get suspended for the season, projects, etc..You are allowed 3 GS I think meaning we can take 25. MJ, Rasco, and Jernigan would make 24.

How could Arky have taken him anyway, they are already at 28, if that 3 greyshirt thing exists? And PS you are forgetting about our greyshirt from last year which would make 25 with Rasco and Jernigan
