Could Hilliard outgrow the RB position and be moved to MLB?

Is this even an option or would Hilliard transfer if he didn't get significant playing time after Ford and/Ware left?

It is a possibility but I just don't believe he'll move from the offensive side of the ball. He is too good with the ball in his hands. I could see him moving to FB or playing a HB/FB hybrid role. I think that is how LSU will use him, as a hybrid, if he can't control his weight.

Is LSU that desperate for LBs? This is the third move I've seen proposed on this board.

Kenny has a good frame to grow into a DT. I think he likes to eat, too. Wait 'til Moffit gets ahold of him!

I still say that Ford will start, Ware get almost as many rushes while also catching passes out of the fullback slot, and Hilliard getting short yardage/goal line carries.

Mix in Blue, Gore, and Shepard whenever you can.

Why should we just believe he would be a good LB? Has he ever really played defense?

He's said that he hates LB and wants to remain RB. If he gains weight in college, he'll still be able to move under Moffitt. I'd love to have him churning over CJ Johnson at 230-240 in 2 years!
