2009: 8 errors which was a career low, and a .986 fielding pct which tied his personal best.
2010: 6 errors which was a career low, and a .989 fielding ct which was a personal best.

How is that too old and not athletic enough? I'd say that's more than getting the job done at SS.

Cmon, you know fielding percentage is a crappy stat to use for determining how good a fielder is. His UZR is shite.

stat geeks are about to murder you with that response. But i agree, he isnt as bad as they are about to make out.


but anyway, the yankees want to move him from SS. They think he will eventually too old to play there, yet they want to move him to another position that relies on athleticism.
