well, the question that has been on my mind for weeks is: did you ever decide on which was the perfect weapon for this mass destruction?

Of the 15, they all died by 12 gauge 2 3/4" #2 steel shot. Two were shot outside of the trap, the other 13 were caught on two groups 5 and then 8 within the last 2 weeks.
All on our lease in east Texas.
FWIW: The carnage gave me an entire new respect for the 12 gauge as a home defense weapon.
ETA: I'm going to go after a few with the SKS 124 gr JHP's and the Benelli pump 12 ga 3" 00 buck this weekend. I need on nice plump juicy 100 lb sow for making brawts.
