Does Oregon not have any kind of tradition? Have 400 different unis for football and then did anybody see their basketball court this week? Looked cool but know that would never happen at LSU because of all our tradition.

They have insanely hot cheerleaders which makes up for a lot.

i agree 100%. i think they used to have tradition but it has all gone out the window with the bringing in of a billion unis and now the court.

When I think of Oregon traditions I think of Autsen Stadium and the best T&F fans in the country.

Always having new and fresh uniforms has become their tradition. I like it.

Actually, there is a purpose behind the basketball court.
quote:
"When I was asked to work on the new floor for Matthew Knight Arena, I really boiled it down to three things," Hatfield said. "I really wanted to pay tribute to Matthew Knight himself, to the Kilkenny family and lastly but maybe not least, I wanted to pay tribute to the Pacific Northwest and the Tall Firs, the original basketball team that won a national championship for the University of Oregon in 1939."

They have traditions at Oregon. That basketball arena is brand new. The frist game played in it was last night. The old arena (Mac Court) has been around for ages. It was a cool place to see a game but it was really too small.

25 years ago Oregon was routinely listed in the bottom ten.

Hot cheerleaders
Ballin uniforms, mix and match..
Looks to me like they're starting new traditions. I think they'll own the Pac10 for a while.

Wearing a bunch of whack arse uniforms is their "tradition."

The unis have certainly become a tradition of sorts.

i actually see the multiple unis as a tradition... no other school in the country does it.

i don't really mind oregon, but their basketball court is the ugliest thing i've ever seen. they took it a bit too far with that one.

Oregon's tradition is having no tradition.
