People thought we were already in the national championship game before the 07 season started. The Virginia Tech game just re-enforced those thoughts.
It's still a complete joke LSU lost to Kentucky and Arkansas that season.

Not entirely a joke...we were spent after the FLA thriller the week before, and had division foe Auburn up the next week...
That combined with getting the best shot from all three teams, a number of defensive breakdowns and Flynn's late pick vs. Kentucky, and a loss isn't that hard to imagine...
The Arkansas loss when all you had to do was stop them on a 4th & 10 in OT was a joke though...Peyton Hillis is still running for daylight as well...
