But assuming it is I'm very sorry for the girl involved and Hill - sounds like bad news for both of them
Without reading the thread I'm pretty sure there's going to be a lot of discussion about the morality of a sexual act between say a 17/18 year old and a 14 year old. The morality discussion frankly belongs more in the legislature if people want to change the law
The problem for Hill and those of us who wanted him at LSU is there is a law and everyone involved (esp Hill) understood it and still risked doing it. Even if it was a pretty "worldly" 14 year old Hill had too much to lose to potentially make a mistake like this

Bingo... All the past and future stat rape cases btwn seniors and freshman could be curtailed by a large percent if we would just put 9th graders in the middle school.

I agree with you here... When you have two teenagers thats are adolescents with the hormones involved I do not believe there was much of a conscience decision.

Not condoning anything, but I've seen some promiscuous females younger than 16 when I was in high school. Hell, it was to the point where I saw a girl ask another dude to come help her with something in a computer lit class, only for her to grab his junk. No shame, no fanfare, just an unspoken, "Hey. Wanna go copulate?"
They were both freshman.
