Secondly, how sure are you that I'm not equally and/or more familiar (READ: Blazers) with not only their largely similar offensive schemes but the men themselves?
I'm sure because if you actually knew Hal Mumme & Mike Leach you wouldn't have said:

Both throw the ball 96% of all offensive plays and believe the word running back is a curse word or other bastardization to the proper term "pass blocker".
You didn't offend me, no harm done. I have watched for years LSU underachieve year in & year out on offense. Have they had some good year's offensively? Absolutely. But for the most part LSU's offense has always been that of predictability, lack of innovation, lack of a killer instinct to finish off an opponent & playing not to lose while at the same time putting the pressure to win the game all on the shoulders of the defense.
I can't tell you how many discussions I have been around over the years with other college coaches from across the country that when the subject of LSU football is brought up the sentiment is they have incredible athletes that don't get to showcase their talents, and how LSU teams don't live up to their potential because of terrible offensive philosophy. You would be amazed at what many prominent coaches from across the country think of LSU's offense, and there are many coaches that would kill to have the athletic skill that LSU has year in & year out.
