Cannot play black ops

For some reason everytime I try to play black ops, the minute I get into a game it disconnects me from xbox live. I can play other games, watch netflix, and can reconnect to xbox live right after i get disconnected everytime. It just kicks me off every black ops game. Then I'll get that black ops servers are down error message. Anyone know of a fix for this at all?

how would i go about to see if i was banned? I mean i guess I could be but I don't see how it would let me get into a game and play anywhere from 5 seconds to 3 minutes before I get booted.

I think they would usually give you a warning message if you were banned or about to be banned.

i hadn't even though about it, that would of made sense except I can get into games and play for a few seconds to a minute or two before I get booted. I have no idea whats goin on lol.

It did this to me a few times fake bubz. It always happens in the day light, but come night it let me play fine.

it took me awhile to make my LSU emblem. Not about to try and make a FUTR one. FUTR clan tag and LSU emblem thats how I roll.
