I've put a lot of stock in the guy's integrity. He has every right to licitly game the system to procure the best situation for himself and his family, and I certainly don't begrudge him the opportunity to coach at his alma mater.

I just don't want to learn that he's been telling bald-faced lies.

After all the "I'm happy here" talk and the players' statements about how he assured them he's staying, I will be highly disappointed in the man if he goes.

I'm innocent I swear!! They said I stole Les Miles job. Yeah that's right. Then they booked me in jail cuz I tried to steal the hat!

and what does the fact that he's headed to meet with MI and his agent at this very moment tell you? Les could have easily said, I'm not interested in the MI coaching position. MI should remove me from the list of candidates, but he didn't.
