Look, you're either brain-dead or lying if Miles' coaching style has not left you frustrated or questioning him from time to time. I also think you're lying if you say at no point you have ever wondered, "man, if only we had coach XYZ here this shite wouldn't happen."
I admitted earlier to questioning him at times.

If you want Miles gone, it's only because you have a personal problem with the guy. You can't honestly think him leaving would be better for the program. You just can't.
I agree completely.

The Future. We have what, 17 returning starters and are are poised to make a serious MNC run this year and in less than a month are likely to sign the best of many great recruiting classes.
16 I think. Im trying not to think about the NCG next year bc JJ is still our QB. I think if Mettenberger comes in and that rotation works then maybe. And if our D-line doesnt skip a beat then maybe.

I've questioned him many times about all the games we could all rattle off in about 10 seconds. He's a quirky coach whose style can often leave you wondering "WTF just happened?"
BUT, I don't have a TV camera on me when I do my job either, and I"m sure the general public could say I'm an unorthodox cat as well.
You can't argue with results and he's gotten results and run a clean program. You can't think replacing him would not have a negative impact for all the reasons I listed and many more.
