JMO - that's nonsense
Coach K is Duke basketball and Dean Smith was NC basketball
Kentucky has won with more different coaches and UCLA has won more period
There are a lot of blue-blood coaching jobs in basketball and football... which one you want depends on not just the innate advantages of the programs but also the personal history of the coach (where he grew up and went to school for example)

Some of you are getting the OP confused with OVERALL program prestige. I am not saying that Duke and UNC are the two best programs, BUT, rather the two best gigs.
Boise State has won more college games and most of the schools on my list in the last 5 seasons, and probably more BCS games. HOWEVER, they are certainly not an elite coaching gig.
