no such thing - when the school calling is your alma mater
Kansas and NC are pretty equivalent programs IMO - but Roy Williams had to come when momma called (bear bryant reference)

And Bill Self would leave if Duke/NC came calling his name as well.
In basketball, the coaching gigs are Duke and UNC and that is it. ALOT of programs on the doorstep, but those two jobs are elite.
