How many of you would be content with 10-2 regular season records for LSU for the next 10 years with the 2 losses come in the SEC. Well, this has been the best the CLM has done in his years as LSU coach. We are so happy with the 2007 BCS championship, but we actually had just as good of a year in 2010. So, how often do yall believe a 10-2 team will be in the BCS championship?

If we need to go 11-1 or 12-0 like we have seen Florida, Bama and Auburn do to get to the BCS Championship, do you think CLM can get us there? If so, why do you think it?

I think Les can definitely get it done with a change at OC. The talent in the program and coming in is insane. the defense will be stout.

10-2 with our offense last year...imagine with a decent offense?

i'll take it every time. no other school will be able to say that. you will be a premier/elite school nationally. you will more likely than not have multiple s.e.c. championships.

yep, if you are that good year in and year out, sooner or later, you will have that season.

Wrong.

In 2005, LSU lost only to UT in regular season. Then, lost to UGA after playing 10 straight (no bye) AND coming out of the Katrina crap.

absolutely. we were damn close to going 11-1 this year. to do that you need the team but you also need a break or two. if our O and QB were just a little better and if we hadn't lost our best pass rushing DE and safety we were there. the thing about it is, we know miles is a great recruiter and good enough to get us back but a new guy? this new guy, regardless of his resume just may not be able to recruit the deep south. you never know.

Mainly because the idea of firing an 11-2 coach is just stupid.

Do you accept that the SEC WEST is the toughest division of football? Yes.

So in your warped world, in the toughest division of football you should never be challenged and lose occasionally?

Miles has beaten EVERYONE in the West...there is no one program or coach that has his number so to speak....

Give it time, it takes a special season to win the West...the good news is that if you do..you probably play for the NC. NO OTHER CONFERENCE DIVISION CAN EVEN COME CLOSE TO THAT>>>>>>>>

Look at Coach Miles record since coming to
LSU. Regardless what some people say he is a great coach. As an ex-coach I can say I'm glad he is here. We need to keep him.

About as many times as those two losses come in triple OT.

10-2 in the SEC every year? Hell yeah, I'll take it.
