This is a charter with no connection to Michigan. Nothing more than a wealthy person that painted his plane that way.
I have seen this plane many times in Baton Rouge and know those that work closely with the pilots.
This plane has nothing to do with Miles.
It's been confirmed by a poster here who works at BTR airport that it's not the same jet as the one making routine stops in BTR.
