I know for a FACT Bama fans are wildly conflicted.
Most Bammers are SEC! SEC! SEC!...
...except for when it comes to their arch-rival.
One Bammer put it to me this way: "I hope Auburn wins, because then the SEC wins, but then I hope they're stripped of the title, because then they won't have one, and Bama wins".

The way he talked, that's close to the truth. My brother-in-law (the one I don't like that much) is a Miss. State grad and seemed truly perplexed by that mind-set. He's one of those rah-rah SEC folks.
Oh, and my nephew thought that Cam-gate was just funny. Said it'll make Oregon's beat down even sweeter.
