But once again we see you have the same problem of confirmation bias and absoutist thinking. Those events are isolated events, not proof that all sports are staged events like wrestling. Provide a link that shows any of these sports are staged like wrestling. Coincidences do not constitute proof. Just because people like you are so deeply cynical that you assume the worst doesn't prove anything either. Just because someone involved be it a ref, coach or player "fixed" a game or shaved points doesn't mean the whole league is involved. That is what I am saying doesn't happen. The league does not fix games to get certain matchups in the Super Bowl or Finals, they don't fix the draft so a certain player can go to a certain team. If that happened, we'd know. There'd would books, credible news stories all over the place. But there is not. You think I'm naive, but really my cynism is differnt than yours, I don't think they could pull it off. I don't think anyone is smart enough to pull off the type of decptions you do."
