If you had recurrent hunts interrupted by little Jimmy's lab despite asking little Jimmy to not let his lab out an about would you feel the same? At what point does little Jimmy's lab become a pest?

As an adult, I realize that other people's rights may overlap mine too, and deal with it accordingly. I wouldn't kill Jimmy's lab. I would most likely pen him up.

A super minority of the population feel the way you do.

Please tell me what right Jimmy has that allows his dog to come on my property?

He has a right to own a dog. He has a right to enjoy his dog on his property. He has the RESPONSIBILITY to care for and control that dog.

As an adult, I realize that not all occurances are controllable as I stated earlier and would discuss proper dog ownership with Jimmy twice and potentially more than that depending on the situation before taking action.

However, there is no overlapping of rights here.

FWIW if you pen his dog you are and can be charged for stealing his animal.
