On our lease (6 guys 1000 acres) we all try to notify each other the night before if we will be hunting the next morning and which stands we will be hunting. And we notify each other by mid day at the latest when we are going to hunt an evening. So far we have been able to easily avoid each other and all get along despite many of the access trails going very near stand locations. This also helps us to hunt safely so no one gets shot and we all know which stand to go check if someone does not come home.

Make a copy of your property and have a tag in and out board. That way when you get to the woods, everyone can see where you are.

Thought about doing this but there are 3 potential entrances to the lease so it really wont work. texting has proven the best method so far.
