So Louisiana has no good talent? I understand some of those guys were the best we've seen in awhile, but it's not a solid excuse.

yeah, that's what I'm pretty much saying for the last 3 years or so. There's no elite talent in La and we aren't exactly a national powerhouse thats going to go into Texas or Florida and pull the high 4 stars and 5's. I can't think of any big names out of La that Trent has missed on...

and FWIW, I don't think talent is all the problem. We had the better players last night but the lack of hustle on D and on the boards was so fricking bad.

our 2-time gatorade player of the year was ranked in the 70s on rivals. i wouldn't call that "elite talent"
