It captures whatever you want in the video for however long. Save it in any format (i.e. a .gif). I tend to use PhotoImpact X3 the most and I open the .gif from the video and do the editing.

I would like some thoughts from the experts on here. I made myself a new sig and I cut out a player for the first time. I think it did a pretty good job cutting out Mathieu, but I wanted to see what you guys thought. Here it is:
