Emergency? Newspaper Wadded up. Change Frequently.
They do make a Wader Dryer..Buy it at Cabelas or Bass Pro.
We used to have an old Electrolux vacuum that had the exhaust. Would stuff the hose in the waders and let it run for about 20 minutes a leg. Then got the dryers from Cabelas Magazine.

Hang em upside down and/or turn them inside out in front of heater. Or buy boot dryers. They are awesome

Make sure you wade in water below your waders.

I have stuck a hair dryer from the hotel room for about 15 minutes in each leg and them follow up with toilet paper stuffed in them and it seems.
