I, personally, don't really have that high of expectations. And i think most people are excited because there's a potential change from what we've seen the last couple of years at that position. Can't really blame people for getting excited.

Now, admittedly, he's got that Ben Roethlisberger extracurricular thing going for him
, but I don't think it'll mean much in the spring game. Plus he chickened out and copped a plea.

Yup! If Mett is as good as rantards expect him to be, I expect the kid to be taken in this years draft. Looks like we are still stuck with JJ, JL, Rivers.

High expectations? If he is just adecent QB we will be 10000x better on offense. Its not like we think he is the second coming of Jesus decked out in Purple and Gold; he is just a decent QB that we think will be able to run and manage this offense in a way no QB on the current roster has be able to do.
