My league may come to me and the same guy tied for the last spot. same exact record, same exact amount of points(I know right), and 1-1 in games played against one another. Who goes to the playoffs?

This is why points shouldn't be rounded. I'm not really sure how to handle that. I guess you could do it like golf would do starting with the record on the hardest hole or in this instance hardest opponent.

So you could start with the first place team and see if either of y'all beat him, then second place and so on

I think bench points is the worst idea EVER to settle a tie. Some people strategize differently. For example, I handcuff some of my rbs towards the end of the season and I may not carry a backup qb bc I may have a stud at qb. I should be penalized by someone carrying 3 qbs

I would say combined record vs the other 3 playoff teams.

See what your record would be against each other if you played each other every week.
