I must have misheard just now, but I think Jay Walker just admitted he was wrong! Of course he had to point out that everyone else was wrong also. Fricking tool.

No link. Just the three most connected members of the sports media were saying the exact same thing. They were right on for the basketball hiring process and usually get 95% of their shite right. Crowton was the oddball out of the candidates so this makes sense.

I agree HH. As much as I am not a Jay Walker fan, he is usually accurate when it comes to inside information from ULL. He travels with the teams and appears to me to be the media mouthpiece of the athletic department.
With that being said, I don't agree at all with his opinions on most things and his arrogance makes his show almost unbearable.

If Crowton has a tough time finding another job, Miles' eventually needs to just get to the point where he shows him the door. I know it's not Miles' style, but he needs to do what is best for the program, and that's get rid of Crowton regardless of whether or not he has another position lined up

Jay is arrogant and annoying but he's usually right on. Also, people saying he hates LSU are wrong. He picks LSU to win all the time, talks about them whenever callers bring it up, etc. I don't know what else y'all want from him in that regard.

If he doesn't actively root for them to win, that makes him hate LSU? Not everyone has to be an LSU fan.
