I would be very surprised.
Donna Shalala is the alpha and omega at Miami, and she has zero tolerance for the type of baggage Davis would bring with him. This is why I think Mullen would be a great candidate for Miami, in terms of what Shalala is looking for: successful and straight as an arrow (just like Shannon, but... successful).

well, you do know davis was responsible for guiding miami through its sanctions in teh mid-90s, right?
