Thats an optimistic view- I wish I felt the same way. As good as the Hornets are playing, it seems like CP wants to be in a big market playing with big names. Unless the sale of the team goes through, I find it hard to believe the Hornets will ever be able to sustain success. I try not to be a nega-hornet, but I think it will be tough to keep him here.

Like who? He can't go to Miami and play with the superfriends. The Knicks suck and if they get Melo they'd have to get rid of everything else to afford Paul. The Lakers don't need him. The Nets suck and don't have big names. Maybe the Magic but they got the albatross of Rashard Lewis taking too much money.
