To be fair, you do find alot of people do still dress nice in nicer restaurants, but Ruth Chris isn't exactly fine dining.
I am with the others though, at a minimum the hat needs to come off at this place.

i absolutely agree .. i refuse to even wear jeans in a place like that ..
