ETA: I just found some info online pointing at the new "Parallax" feature as the reason the wallpapers designed specifically for iPhones are zooming. I'll have to make some edits to my files for iOS7.
One thing you COULD do would be to turn off the Parallax effect on the phone...but that doesn't get you perfectly back in the place you were before. I'll see what I can do.
