Current BCS forecast
Each week, I'll update my projected BCS lineup (as necessary) based on the latest week's games:

Title game: Oregon vs. Auburn

Rose: Wisconsin vs. TCU

Fiesta: Nebraska vs. Pittsburgh

Orange: Virginia Tech vs. Ohio State

Sugar: LSU vs. Boise State

I would love to see this happen (if the NC is not a possibility). LSU and Boise in the Dome.

Not the best bowl game lineups. I'm sure the Rose would rather an Wisconsin-LSU lineup or Wisconsin-Nebraska. The Orange or Sugar would probably prefer an LSU-Ohio State matchup and the Fiesta a Nebraska-LSU or Nebraska-Ohio State.

I can hear herby and the rest of the espn chronies now. Boise chance to get national respect by beating LSU essentially in their house. ESPN will all but pull for them openly .

Doesn't the Orange Bowl have a tie-in with the Big East and ACC? Wouldn't that put PItt there?

Wisconsin/TCU would be a bore. Playing Boise in New Orleans would be great.

damn the big east and virginia tech. they are not deserving of a bcs bowl. i'm getting sick of them getting their cake walk to the big bucks. if the bcs is to survive, they need to find a way to incorporate the boises and make the big east and sometimes acc optional. i suggest they adopt a more stringent strenght of schedule requirement. this will force tcu, boise state AND the wusses in the acc and big east to schedule tougher ooc games. therefore, NO automatic bids. go at large with all 10 seclections (incl nc obviously) but make the schedule strength real tough.

Pitt and VaTech have no business being in a BCS bowl.

If Aubie beats Georgia gotta pull for them to beat Bama. If they somhow lose to Georgia gotta pull for Bama to beat Aubie. None of which matters if the Tigers dont win out.

I kind of like that matchup for LSU.
I think Ridley and Jefferson could run on Boise.
Especially after getting bruised for 3 quarters by the human bowling ball of power.

Ill also take our corners vs. Boise's WR all day.

They dont roll into Nola and beat LSU IMO.

Still need to take care of buisness though, Im not getting too amped up until it actually happens.

ESPN would say we had the advantage of a home game in new orleans and therefore not count it against boise at all

Man, Stanford would get screwed in that scenario

Maybe they end up with a spot instead of Boise?

Boise so called high powered offense would look silly against the LSU D.
