I was talking with my Father-n-law after the game yesterday, and we were trying to imagine how good this team would have been this year with a top tier QB (and if the receivers catch the damn ball).

I don't want to put a damper on the win, but I still believe we have the right CALIBER of players on offense, and Crowton is a good play caller, as is Coach Miles, but what is lacking is the ability of the coaching staff in general to put it all together. The only hope I have is that they learned a lesson in "just let 'er rip" yesterday, and will trust the talent they have to do what they did yesterday.

You may be right. We should know by the end of the year. The painful thing is that this is why Miles' record is so great after a loss. He (and Crowton) refuse to adjust and make changes as long as they are winning, even though it is obvious that we are headed for problems. Then, we lose, and they come out gangbusters. Oh well, better late than never I guess.
