Good, he clearly lead with the crown of his helmet. He was flagged and now fined.

hes been fined 100,000 so far. Which is nothing for these players. He should be suspended

I know you're just trying to be edgy, but Harrison hit him very late. That hit is the definition of roughing the passer.

Not only was he a step late but he lowered his head to hit Brees in the back with the crown of his helmet 
If it drew a fine trust me the league didn't view it as borderline by any measure

sorry i still dont think that's a late hit and it's very iffy on the illegal hit. maybe a flag given his reputation and brees' stature, but not a fine IMO.

Brees is standing there without the ball for a good 2 seconds man, clearly late and not even questionable IMO

the ball is out, and brees even has time to down at his receiver to see if he's going to catch it, before he gets hit.

He has his head up and lowers it upon impact to spear Brees in the back. It's not even borderline.
Say what you want about pussy QB protection rules, but spearing has been illegal in the NFL for a long, long time.
