I really believe Miles could be a good head Coach IF he would get Assistants like Saban had. These or the guys who do the coaching. And apparently Les has a problem finding an offensive Coach. Just like the op say's, Les is a good man in alot of ways.

Les doesn't even look for one. There is a great OC and future head coach in Boise Idaho who's name is Harsin. Miles should have contacted this guy over the summer, had the AD hire him and fire Crowton.
