how good is this movie? I haven't seen it. should i see it ASAP? seems like a good one for halloween maybe.

I thought it was terrible. Saw it at a friends house so I couldn't just turn it off and it was excruciating having to sit there and watch it all.

Seeing Ossie Davis as JFK is worth it right there. You have to remember he is thinking with sand.
Also who could not like a movie where the real Elvis loses his contract with an imposter in a BBQ Pit accident.
I have seen it several times and enjoy it everytime I watch it. Campbell was made to play that roll

I liked it. Bruce Campbell never takes himself to seriously, but is a good actor.

It's hokey b movie greatness. If you're in to that type of thing, you'll love it. If you think Evil Dead or Drag Me To Hell are stupid because they don't meet your narrow minded view that all movies with a hint of scare in them should be horror all the way through, then go see Saw 12.
