Question about TAF projects

First of all, what is the opinion about the basketball practice facility from recruits or those of you who have toured it? How does it stack up with our competition?
Secondly, do any of you know what the plans to renovate Tiger Stadium include. It says replacing the windows is the first step. Outside of making a plaza-like area between the stadium and the PMAC, what are the plans for Tiger Stadium itself?

They are going to enlarge the time and play clocks so they are easier to see.

To your second question, I'm pretty sure that those are the only things on paper right now. I'm sure stuff like improving the concourses, doing something with the dorms and adding more seats is somewhere in the idea phase, but nothing concrete.

they should stop all current projects and focus all fundraising efforts on the buyout.

Thanks Factsman. Maybe it is just me...but I always wanted to see LSU dominate and make a name for itself in Men's basketball. Perhaps a nice venue and practicing facilities will really help in recruiting. I am dismayed at all the talk that LSU is only a football school. It doesn't have to be that way...if we think differently about the situation. Many top notch schools excel in various sports. I hope Trent can ratch this program up quickly.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a tour or pictures posted online for the practice facility yet.

Also planning on more Stadium Club seating and Suites in the near future.

I see what you're inferring. Very Funny.
